Infusion pumps from arcomed are famous worldwide for their simple construction and user-friendly core features offering permanent enhancement and sophisticated simplicity!
arcomed have create a high-quality infusion pump that improved patient treatment by increasing safety in procedures and simplifying workflow for nurses. Arcomed infusion pumps have fullfilled the sophisticated needs of hospitals with the same external shape, interface, design and functionality for both syringe and volumetric pumps. Thanks to its user-friendly and intuitive approach.
The volumetric infusion pumps from arcomed´s Chroma Series is an all-in-one infusion pump that meets all your anaesthesia needs. Volumed can be used as a total intravenous anaesthesia pump (TIVA) or target controlled infusion pump (TCI) in the OR. It can follow the patient to the recovery room and be used as a patient controlled analgesia (PCA) pump or be used as a standard infusion pump in the ICU and in general wards – and more.
The syringe infusion pump from arcomed´s Chroma Series is an all-in-one infusion pump that meets all your anaesthesia needs. Syramed can be used as a total intravenous anaesthesia pump (TIVA) or target controlled infusion pump (TCI) in the OR. It can follow the patient to the recovery room and be used as a patient controlled analgesia (PCA) pump or be used as a standard infusion pump in the ICU and in general wards – and more.

Why not involve the patient while s/he is awake in decisions about bolus drug delivery, based upon his/her pain perception? Consideration of this factor whilst maintaining the highest safety standards has been our priority in the development of our PCA/PCEA/PCS pumps.
Thanks to patient-controlled anesthesia systems (PCA), patients can control how their pain is relieved. Normally, healthcare professionals will prescribe this type of treatment to enable the patient to use arcomed’s devices in order to administer small doses of medication as needed.
Infusion pumps by arcomed are set up to administer the prescribed dose of medication in each case. The patient just presses the button on the device in order to release the dose required, whenever he or she is suffering pain.
The system will keep a bolus history log, so that doctors and nurses can keep track of the medication administered to the patient
The medication is administered intravenously using infusion solutions by arcomed such as syringes, cannulas, IV sets or oncology sets.
Moreover, these systems are suitable for both general ward rooms and labor ward rooms; we tailor our infusion pumps to your specific needs.
ArcoAir PCA Switch
An air-activated PCA bolus switch for the provision of analgesia in those patients fully conscious but unable to use their hands or upper limbs.
The bolus switch includes an intelligent pressure sensor and disposable tube, with a filter and mouthpiece attached, which is kept close to the patient’s mouth using an articulated arm. To request a bolus, the patient simply has to introduce a continuous amount of air into the mouthpiece.
It is used in connection with our infusion devices, enabling both programmed doses and doses requested by patients as well as supporting a variety of configurations.
Large Touch Screen – the way to touch and act
The TouchScreen combined with the short cuts makes it easy to quickly find the function you need. One touch takes you to your most used function. The navigation is customisable and intuitive and enable workflow efficiency. The clear design enables an icon based navigation without menu scrolling and searching enhances the workflow safety. The color screen enables the use of color coded drug labeling (ISO 26825 and DIVI) and reduces the risk of drug error in critical situations.

Total Intravenous Anesthesia (TIVA)
arcomed pumps employ the most advanced possibilities in intravenous anesthesia (TIVA – TCI). Automated calculation of infusion flow rate, based on the patient’s biomedical parameters – a huge step forward in SAFETY.
Based on the latest scientific and clinical evidence for advanced epidural anesthesia that combines intermittent bolus, PCA patient bolus and automatic lockout time limit. This allows an improved distribution of the local anesthesia in the epidural space which means a higher analgesic bolus effect.
In line with our All-in-One philosophy, arcomed pumps fully support bolus tocolysis protocols, offering pre-defined programs with varying recurrent bolus levels to be used in labor wards – improving infusion safety and simplicity.
A brand new certified infusion device for use in hyperbaric environments up to 10 ATAS, avoiding false alarms and the risks of inaccurate infusions under extreme pressure and oxygen conditions.

UniQueCONCEPT™, the revolutionary infusion data management system (IDMS), increases patient safety, simplifies workflow processes and enhances your hospital’s legal certainty.
Sophisticated but simple-to-use bar code technology improves patient safety. The right patient receives the right medication at the right dose; therefore, medication errors are significantly reduced.
The central monitoring and alarming provide nurses and doctors with all relevant infusion data —at any time, anywhere in the hospital. It’s all about patient safety!
Discover the UniQueCONCEPT™ by arcomed.
With an extremely simple, practical, slim modular design, the UniQueDOC™ docking station permits stacking of pumps according to the user’s needs:
- Available in 2 to 8 modules.
- Fitting and removing pumps is as easy and safe as possible thanks to the safety loop and groove on the bottom of the pumps.
- Permits stacking of both volumetric and syringe pumps.
- Can be mounted on infusion poles or rail systems.
- Can be easily carried and moved around.
- Practically invisible, and takes up no extra space. Due to its slim design, it all but disappears behind stacked pumps.
- Integrated mains power supply.
- Easy cleaning.
